Achieve your personal goal with the help of AI-based coaching or self-coaching!

Do you have a goal that’s important to and that you’re finally ready to turn into reality? Whether it’s about being more productive, discovering new perspectives or tackling a new challenge – this coaching will support you along the way!

What is goal coaching?

In the course of a study, you can work on a goal that you set yourself. To achieve your goal, you’ll either be supported by AI (artificial intelligence) or receive impulses for self-coaching. Both approaches will help you stay motivated and take steps towards reaching your goal.

Please note: Coaching is about capacity building. This coaching will help you develop your own solutions.

What can you expect?

• Your own goal: You set a goal that’s meaningful to you. This can be a professional, an academic or a private goal.
• 3 coaching sessions: In three coaching sessions, you’ll receive individual support to get closer to achieving your goal. The duration of each session depends on your individual needs.
• Flexible: The coaching sessions are online and flexible. You decide when and where you want to work on them.
• Reflective questionnaire: We ask you to complete questionnaires after every session and after completing the study. These help us to evaluate the effectiveness of the coaching, while in turn also helping you to reflect on your progress.

What’s in it for you?

This coaching will assist you in clearly defining a goal that’s meaningful to you and in effectively working on it. While doing so, you’ll develop innovative solutions and get to know yourself better. This goal coaching will motivate you to not lose focus and will help you overcome obstacles.

Whether you’re working on a personal, an academic or a professional goal, this coaching will provide you with the opportunity to discover your strengths and use your potential, while also contributing to scientific research that enables new discoveries in the field of coaching and goal achievement.

As a thank-you for participating, you’ll receive €10 or 3 credit hours (for psychology students).

How does the coaching work?

  1. After signing up, you’ll be assigned to a group (AI-coaching or self-coaching)
  2. Next you’ll complete a questionnaire, which will be the base of the research.
  3. First session: Then you’ll have your first coaching session and complete a short questionnaire after.
  4. Second session: One week later, you’ll have your second coaching session and also complete a short questionnaire after.
  5. Third session: One week after the second session, you’ll have your third and final one. Upon completion, you’ll fill out another final, more detailed questionnaire.
  6. Option to try out the other coaching method: After completing the coaching, you can try out the other group’s coaching method (self- or AI-based coaching) if you wish.

What can you expect in each session?

  • Session 1: Introduction and goal setting. Together you’ll define your personal goal and set the foundation for the coaching.
  • Session 2: Self-reflection. You reflect on your resources and discover new perspectives.
  • Session 3: Solution-oriented coaching will help you discover solutions and plan your next steps

Make use of goal coaching, to work on your individual goals – with the aid of AI or self-coaching.
