PLUSTRACK Training - Get more efficient in everyday university life
How does it work?
1. scientific determination of your individual strengths and areas of development by means of detailed personality diagnostics (PSI)
2. digital small group for preliminary discussion and training recommendation (= kick-off)
3. independent completion of the exercises tailored to you over three/four weeks, you are free to decide how many and which exercises you do, for how long and when, and at the same time receive support from like-minded people
4. digital small group and reflection on how the exercises have helped you and to prepare for the upcoming exam phase or seminar papers (=reflection)
5. voluntary end in a relaxed real atmosphere with the whole group
Why is it worth it?
Our aim is to provide you with the best possible support in your studies. The training should help you to feel motivated and at the same time relaxed in your studies. It should connect you with yourself and with others, motivate you and help you to successfully cope with the upcoming semester, exam periods or seminar papers.
What topics are covered?
The training is divided into four areas: self-awareness, self-reflection, structuring and motivation. You decide for yourself which exercises you want to do and receive additional recommendations from us based on your strengths and areas for development.
