#1 Meine aktuelle Forschungsthemen\/ -theorien sind\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ich besch\u00e4ftige mich mit innovativen Lehr- und Lernformen im Studio. Die Umstellungen auf digitale Lehre kam nun doch schneller und dringlicher als gedacht \u2013 umso wichtiger ist es meines Erachtens, Faktoren und Prozesse zu erforschen, die ein erfolgreiches Lernen auch im digitalen Raum schaffen?<\/p>\n

#2 Meine Funktion bei <\/strong>PLUSTRACK<\/strong> ist\u2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Zumeist findet man mich entweder im Workpackage 1 oder 3. Auf der einen Seite arbeite ich gemeinsam mit Stefan an der Umsetzung einer Community Networking Plattform. Auf der anderen Seite unterst\u00fctze ich Lukas und Maria bei der Identifikation von Risikofaktoren, sowie bei der Verbesserung von (digitaler) Lehre. Besonders im Fokus hierbei steht das Management und die Analyse von Daten, die wir Kontext unserer Studien erheben. <\/p>\n

#3 Ich bin motiviert bei <\/strong>PLUSTRACK<\/strong> mitzuarbeiten, weil\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2026 mit dir Vielseitigkeit der Arbeit besonders viel Freude bereitet. Durch die Kombination aus Forschung und auch deren Anwendung in Form konkreter Projekte, entsteht bei uns im Team fast eine Start-UP Atmosph\u00e4re. Au\u00dferdem freue ich mich, an der Entwicklung von Angeboten und Tools beteiligt zu sein, die speziell auch auf Studierende zugeschnitten sind, welche durch verschiedene Umst\u00e4nde es manchmal etwas schwerer im Studium haben.<\/p>\n

#4 F\u00fcr mich ist das wichtigste Ziel\/ absolute Highlight bei <\/strong>PLUSTRACK<\/strong>, dass\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2026 wir die M\u00f6glichkeit haben, die Projekte \u00fcber einen ganzen Zyklus zu begleiten. Von der Bedarfserhebung, \u00fcber die Einbettung in (sozial-)psychologische Theorien und die Entwicklung von individuellen wissenschaftlich fundierten Konzepten, bis zur konkreten Umsetzung der Interventionen und der Evaluation dieser. <\/p>\n

#5 Wenn ich nicht im Rahmen von <\/strong>PLUSTRACK<\/strong> anzutreffen bin, kann man mir auch hier \u00fcber den Weg laufen\u2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In verschiedenen sozialpsychologischen Lehrveranstaltungen, meist mit einer Tasse Kaffee in der Hand. Sonst auf dem Basketball-Court, der Skipiste oder auch in der K\u00fcche. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
