In Arbeitspakte 3 besch\u00e4ftige ich mich vor allem mit der Unterst\u00fctzung der Lehrenden, zum einen durch konkrete Ma\u00dfnahmen wie Austausch und Informationen zur Lehrgestaltung als auch durch Forschung zur Verbesserung der Lehre.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bei Arbeitspakte 4 k\u00fcmmere ich mich einerseits um das Themenmodul \u201cMentoring als Sprungbrett\u201d zusammen mit Barbara und Maria und au\u00dferdem um<span>&nbsp;die Themen Outreach und Onboarding; also Ma\u00dfnahmen um zuk\u00fcnftige Studierende, Lehrkr\u00e4fte und Unidozenten f\u00fcr die Projektziele zu sensibilisieren und zu informieren.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>#3 Ich bin motiviert bei <\/strong><strong><strong>PLUSTRACK<\/strong> mitzuarbeiten, weil\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2026ich es wichtig finde, dass alle dieselben Chancen haben um sich f\u00fcr ein Hochschulstudium zu entscheiden und dies zu meistern.<\/p>\n<p><strong>#4 F\u00fcr mich ist das wichtigste Ziel\/ absolute Highlight im <\/strong><strong><strong>PLUSTRACK<\/strong> Projekt, dass\u2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2026so viele verschiedene Akteure aus der Uni und Schule an einem Strang ziehen um die Bildungsgleichheit zu verbessern!<\/p>\n<p><strong>#5 Wenn ich nicht im Rahmen von <\/strong><strong><strong>PLUSTRACK<\/strong> anzutreffen bin, dann kann man mir auch hier \u00fcber den Weg laufen\u2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2026an der NaWi bei diversen Lehrveranstaltungen f\u00fcr Lehramtsstudierende Psychologie und f\u00fcr Psychologiestudierende, in der NaWi Mensa oder auf der anderen Seite der Salzach.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
