Informationsverarbeitungsprozessen, die durch motivationale Aspekte beeinflusst werden und das Verhalten in sozialen Interaktionen pr\u00e4gen. Hierdurch kann der Umgang mit Bedrohungen erkl\u00e4rt werden, sowie Prozesse sozialer Einflussnahme und die Initiierung von Ver\u00e4nderungen.<br \/>Anwendungsperspektiven dieser Forschung liegen in der Gestaltung funktionaler, sowie der Vermeidung dysfunktionaler Interaktionen und der Analyse verschiedener Beratungsformate (Coaching, Mentoring, Supervision, Mediation).\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>#2 Meine Funktion bei <\/strong><strong><strong>PLUSTRACK<\/strong> ist\u2026<\/strong><\/p><p>Leitung und Organisation des Projekts PLUSTRACK<\/p><p><strong>#3 Ich bin motiviert bei <\/strong><strong><strong>PLUSTRACK<\/strong> mitzuarbeiten, weil\u2026<\/strong><\/p><p>ich der Meinung bin, dass so vieles machbar und m\u00f6glich ist. Leider werden h\u00e4ufig falsche Annahmen basierend auf Verzerrung, etc. get\u00e4tigt und deswegen Potentiale nicht entdeckt, die gef\u00f6rdert werden sollten!<\/p><p><strong>#4 F\u00fcr mich ist das wichtigste Ziel\/ absolute Highlight bei <\/strong><strong><strong>PLUSTRACK<\/strong>, dass\u2026<\/strong><\/p><p>wir etwas Innovatives entwickeln!
